hi am mareid from usa citizen wife and i hav my permanet residant card for 2 yers and i been in usa for 3 monthe now and my wife she tured me bad and she ask me for divorce i wanna help whats it will happeind for me if she divorce me do i will stay in usa after 2yers can me hav my green card for 10yers or 5yers or i will lose it pleasss help me

you can probably file for removal of conditions by urself as long as the marriage was in good faith. ive heard of other people doing that on the site. Sorry things are going sour. i wish you the best.

March 30, 2009-Biometrics letter received, appt date April 10th @11am philly office

April 10, 2009-Biometrics appt. done, in and out in 15 minutes

Nov. 18, 2009-Card production ordered

it's just that simple man, get your divorce certificate and fly back to your county...nothing like home sweet home budy...if the one u have crossed the ocean to be with and share your like with turns her back on you then why would you worry about the USCIS ######?... if ur looking for happiness home sweet home would be ur choice but if ur looking for something else, i dont know in that case...i hope you the best and good luck.

March 9, 2009... EAD ordered.

March 14, 2009... Received EAD Card.

March 16, 2009... AOS approved.

March 28, 2009... Green card received.

What I know is that you need to apply to remove your conditional residence 90 days before your greencard expires. If you get divorced you need to file it like a waiver and attach documents that your marriage was in good faith. You really need to probe it.... Good Luck to you!!!
