My fiancee is planning a trip to see me during the time frame when she might be receiving the first package/check list from the Montreal consulate. Is this package delivered by normal mail or will she have to be there to sign for it?

Better to ask this in the Canadian forum....but I believe its regular mail.

Edit: Your timeline says you have not received your NOA2?
