No NVC hard Copies?!?!?

I was approved (NOA2) on 03/04 and received the hard copy on 03/11. NOW the strange part,

1)The online Status update shows that my petition is pending! 2) NVC has no record of my Petition!

AND, Today I received an email from the embassy saying that they received my approved petition and I have to send the necessary paperwork and forms.... :huh:

Did this happen to anyone?

K-1 VISA

I-129F SENT: 12/09/2008

Visa Received : 11/05/2009

Marriage : 12/24/2009

AOS

I-485 SENT : 02-22-2010 Received by USCIS text message: 03/03/2010

BIO: 03-26-2010

INTERVIEW: 06-08-2010

APPROVAL: 06/08/2010

CARD RECEIVED:

EAD

I-765 SENT: 02-22-2010 Received by USCIS text message: 03/03/2010

BIO: 03-26-2010

CARD RECEIVED:05/24/2009

AP

I-131 SENT: 02-22-2010 Received by USCIS text message: 03/03/2010

NOA hard copy: 03-08-2010

DOCUMENT RECEIVED: 05/10/2009

1. it doest get updated regularly.

2. DID u talked the Operator? or just listened to the Auto msg?

The online status check (CRIS) AND the Auto message...

and I don't know why NVC doesn't have the file... I don't know if I should take it as a good sign or not?

I received a hard copy of NOA2, my fiancée has received Packet 3 from the Consulate, but I never received a letter from NVC. It's not necessary for the records, right?

No, since the embassy has your petition, your good to go.

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.
