Ok here is my issue. I did'nt know I had to also fill out an I-134 form because I have a co sponsor, I just started a business with my brother so I dont have a lot in the bank and I have been teaching guitar for years and paid under the table and survived by this. I will only have two W2s for 2008 and 2007 (2007 I worked at electronics company) and 2008 will be for my business which made way above poverty level in one year. My co sponsor salary is 120,000 a year and he owns 6 properties. Will my lack of tax proof be a problem?

Just tell the truth. Your co-sponsor will carry the day for you.
