Blue Slip requesting List of Family Members

After reading the forums I want to ask about one item they are requesting when providing the Blue Slip.

Regarding the family name and address...

1. Is it petitioner's family only or does it include applicant's family?

2. Are they talking about siblings (mom, dad, & brother/sisters) or extended family (half-brothers/half-sister, aunts, uncles, cousins, etc)?

3. Do we have to provide addresses & phone numbers?!

Do you guys think it will be a problem if I only listed on my I-130 my mom and step-dad and full blood brother and sister? I had too many to list out (half-siblings) and I didn't want to confuse my husband...

1 Both, consulate in China issues a form that has family of petitioner and beneficiary listed in detail out to siblings.

2 Siblings and immediate family (Father, Mother)

3 Addresses. and A#s if they have immigrated to the USA.

I believe they are reffering to any relatives your fiance has that already live in the US.

They request a list of all relatives, we provided a list with my wife's Aunt, and Cousin, with address and telephone number.

Very often in HCMC they want a list of ALL beneficiary's relatives in the US.

If the petitioner is Viet Kieu they sometimes ask for the same of the USC.

Give them the whole list. No reason not to. If during the interview the beneficiary mentions others that aren't on the submitted list that could bring out the blue.
