I just noticed last night that our number on the Berkeley website is #109 and the link from here to Igor's list shows us as #201. They can't both be correct. Anyone else notice this?

From what I can see...this is why. The Berkley one does the lists in order of your sent date, and the other one does it by NOA1 date, which in some cases makes a huge difference. And second, the berkley website bumps people who have been waiting over 6 months down to another list, and the other one keeps them with the regular time frame people :) i am also a lot different between the two lists. What i'd tell you is to just pick one to look at, and stick with that one. Or, look at parts of each...for example I usually look at the berkley one as far as my placing on the list goes, and the approved list. But I like to look at the other one to see the graph of percent approved :) hope that helps, if not let me know!

The Berkley list is no longer maintained. Both lists just serve as an estimate and nothing to be taken to heart. However, the list on the "Immigrations Timelines" page is the most up-to-date. Use this list.

I-751 file: 11/07/11

NOA1 date: 11/10/11

Biometrics: 11/30/11

Approval: 08/17/12

Hold what you got and maintain.

From my understanding it is no longer being reviewed for duplicates etc. Use whichever list you like, but if I were to trust one and one only it would be VJ's.

Oh yea I do think you are right about the duplicates stuff. :) I just like the approval list on the old one better, I don't know why :)

You can sort the VJ list by date of application or date of NOA1. In my case, it changes by about 18 places. The difference between the 2 lists is nearly 100 places. My timeline estimates a NOA2 around 5 weeks from now. At the rate Vermont has been moving (20 to 30 apps/week) they won't make that date using the VJ list info. The number on the Berkeley list is more realistic for mid-to late April NOA2...at least in my case. The VJ timeline seems to be based on averages of previous applicants, not actual data from either list.

I could be wrong, but I think both lists use the same data. Also, this could be the same as what you are saying, but My estimated approval time is the same on both lists. One reason I dont like the VJ list is that it keeps all the 6+ month people on top, when most likely, a lot of them have been approved and just never updated their timelines, making the number on the VJ list inaccurate.

Sorry if thats what you were saying...I was kinda confused!
