i got my approval march 16 for my 130 and 129f im totally confused what to do kc hindi ko alam ung ggwin pls i need ur advice and help kung ano ung mga dpat kong gwin thanks...

Congrats.. NO worries.. all you have to do is wait for the NVC to inform your fiance that they already received your case from USCIS,,or if they don't after two weeks,,let your fiance call the NVC to check if they got your case/forms,, if they told you that they did, well you are in a right track,,afterwards you will wait for you packet 3 to be deliver on your place..we are on the same waiting then..

Agree then while you are waiting for the NVC , gather all the docus that you need for the interview like MC (NSO copy), BC (NSO copy), NBI and other evidences that proves your genuine relationship with your SO.

you stated that you got approval on both petitions. Time to get busy with the I-130 for NVC. Review the shortcuts for the CR-1 on the wiki on this site, also look at the flowchart. It will explain the NVC process for the I-130. You want to work that one fast so both the 129f and 130 work at the same pace from here on. Download the I-864 and the DS-230 packages from the website to get a jump on these. it will turn months at NVC for the 130 into weeks if you stay ahead of the game. Also 3-4 days after you received the USCIS NOA-2 for the 130 start calling NVC to get your case number, as soon as you have that do the email version of the DS-3032 (choice of agent). It will speed things up and get the other packages generated faster. Don't wait on NVC for snail mail or you will be months doing the I-130.

Or the k3 which is the Non-immigrant visa?

For me, the CR-1 is much much better than the k3.

If you have all the documents you need for the CR-1 it will be about the same processing time (slightly longer) but a lot cheaper for you in the long run. Also with the CR-1 you will have immigrant status and can work right away in the states. The short cuts can make your CR-1 quick also and will benefit your family more financially. I would recommend you do both but focus more on the CR-1 at this time since the K-3 will go it's own path at NVC then you can get your package 3 ( K-3)online and do that one as well. something to consider.
