OMG if we got approved that quick I think I would PEE in my pants LOL.

Sunflower, you just have to make sure you use the number off your NOA1 to be sure. Im sorry. And if that is the number your useing, give USCIS a bit more time to input you in the system. We will both check again tomorrow for you on USCIS on line.

Truly happy!!!

New life, new adventures, and a new attitude.

Try not to sweat about it. I'm in the same boat with no online access and I know of two others who are also. I've called three times and twice I got the same 30 day response that you did, but once I got transferred to another department who acknowledged there is a computer glitch and used my number to look it up in the actual system to confirm everything is fine. Odds are good that your number is fine and there truly is a computer issue along with the rest of us. BTW, they also told me that the automated phone line and website are the same system, so if it's not in one it won't be in the other either.

I have called USCIS a dozen times and when you call the first level of customer service they tell you that they cannot find your receipt number. Then, when they transfer you to second line of customer service they will verify that your receipt number is correct and mention this computer glitch. Doesn't seem like it would take a brain surgeon to fix it. I just don't think it's priority for them.

Hi,

I would not worry about the online system. It took them awile just to enter everything online, and after that no touches, no anything. And we got approved with no problems. When I check my status online , it still says that my case is pending

It says according to the website I have been approved and the notice was sent on the 13th. Don't have the hard copy yet hopefully that comes in tomorrow since it's coming from CA, and I'm in NH.
