hello everyone,

Please help me prepare my papers/ documents for interview. Share some tips so i could prepare my paper according to what is most important..

and I also have some questions, i read instructions from Manila Embassy, and i was lil confused about I-864 thing, do i need another I-864 from my sponsors?? or a copy (photocopy) of I-864 send to NVC will do?? or they need to send me a new one??

and about the NBI thing, do i need to bring an explanation letter, i read from some members here that they have to reschedule their interview because Manila Embassy was looking for an expalanation letter from NBI (im not that sure)..

can someone help me to enlighten me??

Hi! Make sure you read packet 4 correctly and have everything ready for your interview. You can never bring too little of something. What we did was bring all originals to the interview even though we submitted some of them before the interview like the I-864. Make sure that all your documents are organized so that if they ask for it, you will easily be able to take it out.

AS for the NBI clearance, you will need an explanation is if states no criminal record on it. The explanation should be from the NBI office. Good luck and God bless!

You mean the I-864 should be original?? not a photocopy of what we passed to NVC?? because what i did was i printed all his documents, he scan and then send it to me and then i print it(just like photocopying right).. you think itz better if my husband just mailed everything to me??

and more thing, i just from NBI (batangas) and i asked if they giving an explaination letter and they told me, they're not giving expalaination letter, they told me i dont need expalaination letter.. now im worried, i want to make things so sure, i dont wanna have any RFE again that is why..

Ops! I got no explanation letter for my NBI.

But I dont think we need it though.

nope, i have'nt done yet, im just preparing my paper in advance, i cant handle having an RFE again..

You think where can we get an expalanation letter, the people from NBI said that i dont need explanation letter no more, people from NCR are the one who need it (im not sure about this, thatz why im asking our fellows here).

I never heared of it having an explantion letter for the NBI clearance.
