Husbie called NVC and he was told that it would take 2-4 weeks for case completion..

I guess it is the normal robotic operator answer?

Hmmm.. How you would know that your case is complete anyway? Stupid question but it seems that my brain isn't working anymore.

NVC dishes out the 4-6 week answer for everything...You could check case complete on AVR or through the operator @ NVC.

I have been trying them all morning and haven't had any luck getting through

Yes.. They are always busy.. I am asking my husband to call instead because I am having huge phone bills calling long distance..

Hello all, I know Im in the CR-1 thread but there are several here on K3 and would like to tell you ,NOA 1 March 12 and it went to CSC and not VSC as I did last time. After 8 long months, we are back on track. Good luck everyone, hope this is a good week for all.

Well I live in Texas, so our petition was suppose to go to VSC, but instead USCIS sent it to CSC. I understand CSC is much faster then VSC.

And for the back on track, we filed Jan. 2008 but cancelled our petitions in June 2008 long nightmare, anyways we re-married and filed again with USCIS.

Hi peeps, I can't believe we are halfway through March already! if NVC does not generate our AOS bill this week, I don't think we have a shot landing a MAY interview. SO I am keeping my fingers/toes crossed!

YAYYYYYYYYYY Garga our personal assistant Candid I wouldn't pay attention 2 the robotic answer u get. I always use Q's journey as an example and hope ours will be similar. I am shooting for 3-4 week completion at NVC, let's see if it happens. Even though u still await case completion, I am still amazed how u were able to whiz by in 15 days!! Must have been Garga's doing

I hope this week will be a good week. USPS has had my DS 230 mail on tour for a month, now they are at NVC. I hope everything is OK now, it's tiring to wait. I realize that our first wedding anniversary we will not celebrate together!

Sorry to hear that. I am definitely counting on having my hubby here for our first anniversary but the clock is ticking! Which is why I need a May interview and not June one as chances of being placed in AP post interview are a possibility and based on our consulate post interview AP runs anywhere b/w a week-a month!!

I got my NOA2's 46 days ago

Am stuck at NVC for 41 days and counting

my K-3 interview is in 15 days

Last time i was in USA 336 days and counting

Missing my husband for 68 miserable days

he he, this reminds me of our honeymoon pics alone. People thought we were crazy we had 1000+ just from our honeymoon (but in our defense it lasted 2 months- all summer ). But with the digital cameras these days , it is so easy to just click away and my hubby is definitely into taking pics, which I have to admit I sooooo don't mind

As for me, boring day today...just waiting for something eventlful to happen. I can't wait to call NVC tonite to see if our AOS bill has been generated. I am hoping it will be by Wednesday at the latest so I can get our lawyer to get a move on things. He refuses to do anything before getting NVC instructions. Lucky for my hubby, I am way ahead of the lawyer. Seriously though he should hire me. Everytime I ask him a q, he suggests we wait for further instructions and wants to charge me 300 bucks per hour simply to look up the answers. Thank God I was blessed with a brain and I can get all the answers to my qs. from NVC. I even emailed him the online payment website. Gotta love VJ, I have gathered enough information to start my own K3/I130 firm Big thanks to Q. (our own guru) who is always ready to help with any qs. we have
