My fiancé passed her medical exam on March 9-10. She will have her interview on the 26th. We got all the supporting documents needed for the interview completed but the DS forms.

We have questions regarding some items on DS-157.

Question #17, List all educational institutions you attend or have attended. Include vocational institutions but not elementary schools.

--- She listed her college attainment. Does she have to include her high school attainment together?

What about the question that isn’t appropriate to her, should she leave it blank or just write N/A or NONE?

We already checked the sample form here on VJ but could’nt find the answer.

We know these are very simple question, but we want to be sure, thank you so much!

We listed the HS for Trisha. On the questions that she has none for example maybe children write None. If it truely does not apply then N/A but just about everything would be a NONE.

Love forever,

Thanks. How about on Question 12, List your last two employers. She is not working as she is taking care of our son. Should she put unemployed or just N/A?

That is what the previous person was hinting at in their reply, but didn't hit straight on.

You do not want to ever put N/A on the application when NONE or any other answer will do. in this case you would put unemployed. I have read post that has been the cause of an RFE at the USCIS stage, but at the embassy, I cant say for sure. I wouldn't chance it though.

Actually, I think that what they want here is the previous 2 employers that she worked for not including the present.
