Not a problem it's a blessing to have a child and if you do get pregnant you can send a copy of your baby's ultrasound pics, letter from the OBGYNE when you file I-751. :innocent:

We had our child before conditions were removed (see timeline below).

It doesn't affect the parent's immigration process, except that the birth certificate and photos of the family together provide excellent evidence for the removal of conditions process. If you have to remove conditions after getting pregnant but before the birth, then evidence of the pregnancy may be useful to include.

If you continue on to naturalization, you'll probably want to send a copy of the birth certificate along with your N-400, too.

The child is a US citizen by virtue of being born inside the US, and/or by virtue of having a US Citizen parent. You'll need to get a US passport for the US Citizen child before taking the child on any international trips (even if the child is a dual citizen, he/she needs a US passport to cross US borders). Getting the passport is easy with a US Birth certificate.

Depending on the laws of the alien parent's country, the child may also be a citizen of the alien parent's country. If the other country considers the child a citizen, then the child will be a dual citizen from birth. If you wish, you might contact the other country's embassy to see about documenting the child and getting a passport from the other country.
