Does 10 yr PR have to change address?

We are moving next week and I am wondering if my husband has to change his address anywhere. He has his 10 PR card. Or does just those still going thru AOS and I751 have to notify USCIS?

Yes you must file form AR-11

All aliens changing their address must file Form AR-11 with the USCIS address listed on the form. That address is:

U.S. Department of Homeland Security

USCIS

Change of Address

P.O. Box 7134

London, KY 40742-7134

For commercial overnight or fast freight services, only:

U.S. Department of Homeland Security

USCIS

Change of Address

1084-I South Laurel Road

London, KY 40744

You must also submit Form I-865 Sponsor's Change of Address Form.

(actually, you could prolly drop the I-865 once the I-864 is satisfied.. I"ve never seen that one come up before!)

Not necessarily, if you happen to have lied on your original application either for a visa to the US or the I-485. For example an ex-nazi guard who failed to disclose his situation got his naturalized citizneship revoked.
