My husband is moving in his country to another address and I was wondering if I should

a) keep the original address that I filed with the I130 throughout the paperwork and he can forward the mail to his new address with the mailing system in France

or

b ) change the address with the I130, but I have no idea how to and I don't want it to mess with our progress

that was a good choise. when you get approved inchallah, than change his adress with NVC they are easy to deal with than USCIS.

Kenza, your suppose to report any address changes to USCIS, you can call it in to USCIS or change it on line.

I know its a hard choice to make, but I would be afraid that NVC will tell you to call USCIS then you may go back and forth with

the two agencies., and or your petition goes to wrong embassy for the interview. I too may have to change my husband address from France to Algeria. I will know by end of month, then I will update his address on USCIS website. Its always some chaos, isnt it? UGH!!! Hang in there Dear.

Truly happy!!!

New life, new adventures, and a new attitude.
