I will take your prayers as you have often taken mine. My heart is sad to hear this news about your father.

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

DS 3032 generated and accepted via email/ AOS I-864 generated : 2009-1-23

Received I-864 Bill : 2009-1-26

Pay I-864 Bill : 2009-1-26 status PAID 1-28

Pay IV Bill : 2009-1-26 status PAID 1-28

Send Completed I 864 and IV Package (overnight) : 2009-2-4 (had to wait for hubby's PC and original birth certificate to arrive)

my mother died 3 months to the day after being diagnosed with lung cancer. I understand completely the shock and sadness and disbelief you are feeling right now. PLEASE do not hesitate to find me if you need to talk about anything, be it what to expect or even the mundane details like how to handle all the medications and visitors.

Honey, you know my pops died 4 years ago last September - he was my best friend. He's still with me in so many ways. You know one thing he said to us was that if we ever saw a bird or a butterfly that hangs out a little too long by us that it was him just wanting to check in on us and make sure we're ok. Do you know that every morning when I get out of my car at work it is so hauntingly quiet (I get there at 7 am), without fail there is a red-tailed hawk that calls out to me when I shut the door. I know it's him - I say "Hi, Pop! I love you, too!" and walk on into work. Just one of those bizarre things...maybe I'm crazy, but hey it's what he said he'd do.

I will be praying for you guys...may he be free from suffering soon. He'll be reunited with your mother...and in that you can take comfort. I know you want him here...but he and her together can work miracles for you up there.

Peace be with you all...just know we're always here if you need a soft place to fall.

I am so sorry to hear this about ur dad :( I say have him come to the best cancer hospital in THE WORLD 'md anderson cancer hospital" in houston, texas and get a 2nd opinion on the prognosis. nothin wrong with a 2nd opinion, right? and on tp of that, my door is open so you'd have a place to stay if needed. if there's anyting we can do to help, please let me know. ::::hugs:::: love ya babs

Case sent to WADC: 8-6-08 - FBI check

Email From Embassy 1-09 - Still in AP (7 months)

19 DHL scans - 2-19-09

1-26-09 - Out of AP, now final review

2-26-09 - Visa in hand!

3-11-09 - POE JFK - Got stuck there due to immigration taking too long. They didn't change his visa from CR1 to IR1, have to go to immigration here to fix it.

3-12-09 - Arrived in Portland!!

5-29-2010 - Zane was born ** Absolute best day of my life!

6-7-2010 - Ahmed went back to Egypt

8-23-11 - Filed for divorce

1-12-12 - Divorce final
