Once your file is approve by USCIS it goes to NVC for further document processing. DS3032 is part of NVC process. If you want to know more about NVC process check out LingChe's shortcut under resources in my signature.

this is CHOICE OF AGENT FORM,once ur petition will approved ur case will tranfered from DHS to NVC.then national visa center will sent DS-3032 to the petitioner and beneficiery to ask who will be the AGENT for the case to whom they communicate in the future.AGENT can be the petitioner or benificiary or an attorney.whoever u choose ,they will sent all the information and forms to that person at the given address in DS 3032 form.most of the time petitioners choose to become agent ,because US mail service is much better and quicker then rest of the world.

That's correct. The beneficiary is assigning a point person who will be handling the paperwork for the case. The agent can be the petitioner or beneficiary as well.

Ok from what I'm getting about this DS-3032 is that it is filled out by the "Beneficiary", and also the Beneficiary has to sign and date it. So if my wife who is the "Beneficiary" fills this out and signs and dates it, then she sends it back to my via e-mail or does she scan it after signing and dating it and attatches it to an email to me ?

What I'm not understanding is how can she sign and date this DS-3032 form and then email it? She wants to appoint me as her agent, but I'm at a bit of a loss on this one.

"I want to take this opportunity to mention how thankful I am for an Obama re-election. The choice was clear. We cannot live in a country that treats homosexuals and women as second class citizens. Homosexuals deserve all of the rights and benefits of marriage that heterosexuals receive. Women deserve to be treated with respect and their salaries should not depend on their gender, but their quality of work. I am also thankful that the great, progressive state of California once again voted for the correct President. America is moving forward, and the direction is a positive one."

Well for DS-3032, you have few ways of doing it.

1. You can only send them email for appointing the choice of address and agent. If you chose to only email, you will not have to mail the form to them. It is taking about 1-2 weeks for them to process this. You can see the template by the following link.

http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/Email_DS-3032_form

2. You can mail it to them by using the form, have your wife download the form, fill the form, print it out and signed it and dating it. She will have to mail the form to you by mail.

Once you get the form from your wife, you will have to create the barcode by yourself following the steps from this link. Print it out and strip it on the form by using glue.

Barcode Instruction : http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/...de_instructions

Website to do the barcode : http://www.idautomation.com/java/linearservlet.html

3. You mail the form that you got from your wife and also email too to NVC following those 2 steps above. From my experience, NVC process the mail and email together faster than only email. (But that just my opinion)

Any question let me know

Has anyone went ahead and emailed the DS-3032 before they received a bill for it from the NVC? I have my received my NVC # yesterday but as far as I know I have yet to receive a IIN (Invoice Identification Number).

Again I have my NVC case number just not my IIN (Invoice Identification Number).

Can this DS=3032 form be emailed/mailed before I receive a bill and a IIN (Invoice Identification Number)?

donot send ds-3032 in advance until it is generated by NVC ,otherwise it will cause delays, once u hear the message that choice of agent form has mailed by NVC u can e-mail it ,it can take 4 -7 days get accepted, and u donot need IIN for ds 3032,u need it to pay for AOS and iv bill.petitioner has to pay AOS regardlaess who is choice of agent, but iv bill will be paid by choice of agent and u need IIN for that.
