Congratz Champi...OI hope the enter it into their system soon...Operator still confirms that they havent seen mine yet...

I just talked to the NVC operator. She said that the system is showing they received a mail today but she couldn't tell any more details about it. Yeeyy!!! :D

I'm pretty sure my lawyer said they received it based on the tracking number for the shipment, when I called NVC they say its not in the system yet..I think it takes a few days to show up in the system.

I just found out my package arrived at NVC, but still not entered into the system...

Hey, that's great... :D I hope Hey got mine too. I sent the stuff on 1st April.. I'll call later in the evening to find out..

i want my name back!!!!

Sorry to hear that jiskat. Did you get a new document showing incorrect names? Any suggestion from operators at NVC?

i can't believe i am still waiting for the stupid IV Bill. they've received the AOS.

my husband didn't send the ds3032 certified so we have no way of knowing whether it is lost or what. we got automated responses to the e-mailed ds3032 but still no info on whether it is accepted :(

Hey sattva,

Acceptance of DS-3032 usually takes about 10 days. We emailed and mailed DS-3032. Our mail DS3032 got accepted faster than email one, maybe because we sent mailed DS-3032 via UPS Next-Day. Our mailed DS-3032 got accepted on 3/31/09. For our emailed DS3032, we recieved an response back on 4/3/2009 about OAS and IV fee being paid (not sure if this is same as accepted). Did you call them and provide your and your spouse's email addresses? This way, you get things in email and don't have to wait for snail-mail.

As far as I know, NVC will only email u the interview letter a day after case completion. AS far as RFE I believe they will notify u (it's logical, otherwise how will u know??) but champi is right maybe someone who has experience with RFE is better equipped to answer this q. Though I know for me, I call them every day to find out if there is anything new since NVC takes 4ever to notify u. I rather ask an operator...it's a lot faster and in the event that there is an RFE, I can jump on it immediately as opposed to sitting back and waiting for an email which might not be sent out until a few days later. I mean just think how long it took us to get our stupid bills generated!! Our case # was assigned on March 6th and we didn't get the freakin' bill till March 17th @ 10 p.m.!! Basically NVC wasted 11 days of our time just sending us a bill we could have paid in 2 seconds!! and we were dying to pay it from day one lol

yes we gave them our e-mail address and receive everything by e-mail. I think maybe the letter got lost somehow. the IV bill still says not invoiced. It will be 10 days tomorrow from the e-mailed version so maybe that will come in soon. Otherwise we will send the hard copy again.

yes we gave them our e-mail address and receive everything by e-mail. I think maybe the letter got lost somehow. the IV bill still says not invoiced. It will be 10 days tomorrow from the e-mailed version so maybe that will come in soon. Otherwise we will send the hard copy again.

i can't believe i am still waiting for the stupid IV Bill. they've received the AOS.

my husband didn't send the ds3032 certified so we have no way of knowing whether it is lost or what. we got automated responses to the e-mailed ds3032 but still no info on whether it is accepted :(

Acceptance of DS-3032 usually takes about 10 days. We emailed and mailed DS-3032. Our mail DS3032 got accepted faster than email one, maybe because we sent mailed DS-3032 via UPS Next-Day. Our mailed DS-3032 got accepted on 3/31/09. For our emailed DS3032, we recieved an response back on 4/3/2009 about OAS and IV fee being paid (not sure if this is same as accepted). Did you call them and provide your and your spouse's email addresses? This way, you get things in email and don't have to wait for snail-mail.

Hi Everybody, I wasn't approved in March but my case only got to NVC on March, so can I stay here? :D

My husband didn't have the AOS packet right away so we are a little behind, but today I just called NVC and got that message you dont wanna hear: "The NVC has reviewed your packet of forms and found information missing or incomplete..."

Our AOS packet got there on April 1st and the DS-230 packet got there only yesterday, so I'm really hoping this would be a false RFE, really really hope.

I'm waiting on my husband to wake up so he can call NVC and try to figure this.

champi, you did good by waiting and sending only one mail, I think they process it a lot faster.

03/20/09 - Got e-mail with IV bill

03/25/09 - Sent the IV DS-230 packet by mail direct from beneficiary's country

03/28/09 - Sent the AOS packet by mail

04/01/09 - AOS packet delivered at NVC

04/08/09 - DS-230 Packet delivered at NVC ( I don't know why that long it was stuck at Customs for like 2 weeks!!!)

04/09/09 - AVR says it's missing the DS-230 (False RFE)

04/09/09 - AOS approved

04/10/09 - DS 230 entered into the system, probably under review now.

04/13/09 - AVR says "The NVC has received the checklist letter response on April 10th"

04/20/09 - Case Completed at NVC

04/24/09 - Got e-mail with the appointment letter

06/03/09 - Interview Date!!!! PASSED!!

06/06/09 - Received passport and the Big Brown Envelope
