I am so sorry Sara and the rest of you who have been waiting so long. Completely unacceptable!!!

jazz 33, we have the same timeline, my k1 noa#1 is from march 2008, we have also been waiting for over 1 year, and we are also stuck in security checks, my fiancee is from cebu philippines. we are considering filing a lawsuit against uscis in federal court so that immigration will process our papers, is the only way to speed up the process. otherwise we may have to wait for a long time, i have tried everything, senator , congressman, ombudsman, service request, and nothing. since we are already way passed the normal processing times and immigration says that we are under security checks, they can take as long as they want to process our papers, it's sad, but it's the truth.

mmm yes i made another call after i was told it was sent back from the embassy............that call was also different i was told that no one could have told me to send in more documents or that it was returned from the embassy because no one can see anything other than what is in front of them on the computer so i must be mistaken, and that its gonna take six more months and its for my own protection blah blah blah blah blah blah blah, and on top of that my attorneys partner or what ever she is flat out said go marry him in june and file for spousal visa........now that upset me because every time i asked cal about that it said no dont do it cuz it will not resolve what ever the issue is and u will be stuck just like now. i have called and contacted every governmental agent or officer that the USA has many have written and been told same as us i feel that csc is untouchable that they have no one they answer to and that they can destroy ur life a will..........

Hi Sara

I understand the part about USCIS being untouchable. even through I made it further before hitting the idiot in the food chain it has been rough. All I can say is hold in there and continue the Walmart wave. It is most annoying to people that are trying to beat you down when you smile back at them.

i know i have read what has happened to u and u made it to the embassy and ran into idiots ur right about all we can do is wave and smile and pretend it dont bother us.........i do pray for u guys u been hit hard

last couple of times it supposed officers the customer service operators have pretty much given up talking to me because i have to detailed of questions and things that i have been told.......eh it really dont matter who to talk to there they are all nuts

I filed thru cal, and im sorry i didnt understand what he told you. Everytime we talked to Cal and his partner ( Jessy) the always spoke two different language. For our AOS we are thinking of doing it on our own
