MEDICAL PACKAGE WORKSHEET ATTACHED???

I am posting this here, cause the form I picked up actually says ' Canadian use only' so I want feedback from people who have had meds in Canada.

I picked up my medical package.. It has the worksheet attached to the outside and it lists my Tetanus shot as 'insufficient time interval' I got the shot 1 week before my medical? as well my son got his Hep B shot 2 days before and it also lists 'insufficient time interval' I assume cause he still needs 2 more scheduled shots.

At the bottom they checked off 'may be eligible for blanket waiver, as vaccine not medically appropriate'

So my question is, this shouldn't be an issue? I mean, by the time the interview comes, my son would have gone for 2 of 3 Hep B shots... do they not assume he will go for his 3rd in 6 months?

This wouldn't cause any delays would it?

Mine has the same "insufficient time interval" and I no problems at all.

I asked this same question last week b/c my HPV shot was checked "insufficient time" too. Everyone who replied said they expected I would be just fine and it wasn't something to worry about.

All that's there for is just to show that there's been insufficient time between shots. It's just an explanation as to why you haven't had the additional shots at your medical. You're going to be just fine!
