I don't think it's an absolute necessity to include those, but I suppose it may help if they decide they have questions about your residency. You don't need to send passport photos per say, just passport-STYLE. Of course, they want a copy of your information page from your passport and all that good stuff if that's what you mean by 'passport photos'. Good luck :-)

We met in October 2007 and our immigration journey started in July 2008 when we filed for the I-129F Fiance Visa petition.

you are the fiance, correct? that form is looking for your current residence. that would be your canadian address.

read through the guides here on VJ as well as the regional forum that applies to the fiance's country. that reading should get you familiar with the process and help you gain insight to the particulars of your journey.

welcome to VJ, and best of luck!

My fiancee was living in the Netherlands at the time of filing but as since moved to Ireland (neither are her perm country... just a student) and we got noa2 yesterdam). Uscis doesn't care if your born in South Africa and now live in the South Pole. However, NVC will care about all this which is what I am trying to get sorted now. I would through all that in so you don't have to worry about it when it gets to NVC.... that way they will know exactly where they need to send it and why. Good luck

No.

It could, technically, be argued you had no Canadian address as it would not have been your "official" address if you were not a permanent resident, but there is nothing to hide so why not? You could include it in your "work history" and list the time period, "student" and name and city of university. If you want to include copies of that, I am sure it will not be a problem.

If I remember correctly, you need US passport photos that are 2"x2", color, frontal view. I may be wrong. Check for the proper passport photos. It seems every country has different sizes and some have different views.

Good luck in your journey.
