K-1 Visa Forms: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...mp;page=k1forms

Improved USCIS Form G-325A (Biographic Information)

Form field input font changed to allow entry of dates in the specified format and to provide more space for addresses and employment history. This is the 6/12/09 version of the form; the current version is 8/8/11, but previous versions are accepted per the USCIS forms page.

You can try here... http://bogota.usembassy.gov/nonimmigrant_visas.html they are also on VJ under example forms I think. I have read that Bogota is a difficult Embassy... so start doing some research... to make sure you have everything you need..

Here is a link to the Latin American sub forum... look around here for more info too http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...amp;s=&f=96

Actually, although the K-1 is technically a nonimmigrant visa, most consulates handle them through the immigrant visa section. It appears that Bogota is the same way: http://bogota.usembassy.gov/appt-package.html. The K Visa Packet 3 instructions are available on that page, as well as all other required forms.

In order to see "touches" to your file, you need to set up an account on the USCIS website. Go to the USCIS home page http://www.uscis.gov, then click "Case Status Online" in the left column. Create a customer account, then add your receipt number (for a VSC case, this will start with EAC followed by a series of numbers). Then, when you view your portfolio, the "Last Updated" date represents the last time your file was "touched." When that date changes, we call that a "touch."

I wouldnt worry about all your questions... but I would say that since you are pending an approval very soon... and given that Bogota is a difficult embassy (or so i have read) you have a lot of understanding to gain and things to prepare for... A denial is a very difficult and time consuming thing to overcome so it is better to be prepared in advance to reduce or eliminate that possibility.
