Hey guys,

For your I-134, you know the part at the bottom where it says "Intend" or "Do Not Intend".... did you copy the example on VJ with the "NA" comment, or did you put something different?

I'd love to know! Thanks!

I followed the VJ example. It was apparently acceptable to the consular folks in Seoul.

Waves at Richard!

hello! missy and to all my fellow march 2009 filers. i really help and infos right now. i just filed my income tax return this morning and my fiancee says that she will need the hard copy of my income tax return with the attach w2 when she go for her interview. so how long would i be able to get the hard copy? i mean how many weeks or months? please help guys....

Your filing taxes in October?, or are you saying you ordered copies of your W-2 and tax reterns? I think quickest and easier thing to do is to request a "transcript" of your past three years taxes from the IRS website. Then you should have those in about 2 weeks. Good luck

marijoe, they said that since i just filed today there's no way i would be able to get my tax return transcript. so, how long till i'll be able to get my tax return????

well if you just filed today then send your SO a copy of that tax retern with the w-2 and any 1099's and order from the IRS the transcripts of your previous 2 years tax reterns and have them mailed (takes about 2 weeks or less) and faxed to you (so that you wont worry you dont have them yet) and you can do that on the IRS website or by calling them.

Good morning, March!

Improved USCIS Form G-325A (Biographic Information)

Form field input font changed to allow entry of dates in the specified format and to provide more space for addresses and employment history. This is the 6/12/09 version of the form; the current version is 8/8/11, but previous versions are accepted per the USCIS forms page.

good morning ! question : Does the congressional inquiry at NVC speed up some process? This AP at NVC sucks. Anyone did it ? Any results ?

Thanks !!!!

Mine didn't.

If you want to try a different tactic, you could try faxing a letter to the Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for Visa Services or, one step higher on the DOS food chain, the Assistant Secretary of State for Consular Affairs. The text of my letter is here: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...t&p=3324199

The fax number is 202-647-9622.

Strega! We've missed you around here!

Elisha and I are loving life together. We're in the midst of setting up housekeeping—we took delivery of our genuine Korean rice cooker yesterday—and making plans for our civil wedding and our reception. We're most likely going to go to the Social Security office next week, but we haven't settled 100% on a date for the civil wedding. We do know that we want to get it all done by the end of 2009 though, as Elisha says there are plans to raise the fee for AOS next year (per the Korean VJ-esque site she uses).

As for the DS-157, some consulates require it for K-1s, others don't; it doesn't appear that Naples does. Most (if not all) of the info on that form is covered on the DS-230 that you faxed, so it's probably unnecessary; in many cases, the consulates that don't require the DS-230 require the DS-157 and vice versa.

Thanks for the update, good luck, and don't be a stranger! :)
