Hi

Hey Sweetie... any word??

I am frustrated. The embassy was open yesterday, they signed for my package then. On the home page for the embassy says they were closed yesterday....so I didn't call.

I called today - they are closed today, for the holiday.

Now that we are in the home stretch, I'm not doing too good and not feeling like I can hold it together.....that's sad isn't it?

:bonk: <-----that's really how I feel, or maybe I need a smiley face shooting himself in the foot...

Stephen and Elisa - I am so happy to hear that you are now together in the USA! Congratulations!!! Now the next part of this crazy journey is done together, side by side!

Missy - I hope you feel better soon. You are so close! Just remember that it is all worth it. You can do it!!!

I'm in Orlando for the next few days. It's nice to be back down here. Home in Canada right now is just so busy, so it's a perfectly timed visit because I desperately needed a little breather.

Hope everyone is having a good day!

So, some of you may remember that during my last trip to Orlando, I saw a snake through the condo window near the bushes. Since I have a phobia, I basically had a panic attack and realized that it's a huge problem that I need to deal with, especially moving to Orlando. So, while I was home in Canada during the last month, my work hooked me up with a therapist....

Last night, Brian and I went to run some errands and I decided that I wanted to go into PETCO to "maybe" face my fear. Well, it took a little time, but I was a few feet away from the aquarium!!! 26 years of this phobia and I was standing right in front of an aquarium with snakes! I feel very proud!

That's my good news for the day!
