Well... finally... the NVC received our case!!!

Let's party before the news comes that we hit AP!!!!!

I am relieved, as I am sure you are!!! We are still at NVC, trying to work through the embassy change. Hopefully, we'll both be out by the end of the week!

03/26/09 : NOA1

09/23/09 : NOA2

11/13/09 : APPROVED and visa in hand!!!

Let's party before the news comes that we hit AP!!!!!

I am relieved, as I am sure you are!!! We are still at NVC, trying to work through the embassy change. Hopefully, we'll both be out by the end of the week!

Well... finally... the NVC received our case!!!

Let's party before the news comes that we hit AP!!!!!

OMG, Richard! Finally... almost 2 weeks between VSC and NVC.

There will be no AP, you'll get out of there in no time.

Well, I will believe it when I see it...

On a positive note.. I sent my contact at the embassy an email to see if he could do anything... which there really wasnt, other than maybe getting us on the schedule a little sooner than otherwise might be possible... But I said, that I wanted to take him to dinner... he said we could do a beer!

I need a beer!!! and a few Vodkas too!!

February 08, 2010: - Case moved to CSC

February 13, 2010: - Received Biometrics Appointment Letter (After a long wait!)

February 15, 2010: - Touch - I-485 & received e-mail that case is now pending

March 09, 2010: - Biometrics completed, Touch - I-765 (EAD)

March 10, 2010: - Touch - I-485 & Another Touch - I-765 (EAD)

March 17, 2010: - EAD Card Production, Touch - I-131 (AP) & I-1765 (EAD)

March 19, 2010: - Touch - I-485 & Another Touch - I-765 (EAD)

March 19, 2010: - Received AP in mail

March 25, 2010: - Received EAD in mail

April 02,14,15, and 21 2010: - Touch - I-485

April 21, 2010: - Green Card Production ordered!, Welcome letter/NOA April 24

I am sorry about your Mom, Missy... there is an end in sight... and it is closer than it has ever been... try to remember that. I know it is hard... been there, done that, bought the T-shirt!

I am sorry about your Mom, Missy... there is an end in sight... and it is closer than it has ever been... try to remember that. I know it is hard... been there, done that, bought the T-shirt!

You always make me smile when I need it most! I called NVC and talked to them. They have grantd our request to change embassy and told me that they didn't see any other issues. Expected to be sent out this week.....I'm keeping my enthusiasm low key right now so....wahoo.. When it's officially on its way, then I'll have a BIG reaction!
