Good morning all!

I'm feeling under the weather today, so I have a feeling I'll be checking the USCIS website a little more obsessively today with all this spare time! I fly out on Friday to Orlando and am determined to feel myself again! Positive thoughts! Positive thoughts!

Vermont is just a few hours drive from here, I'm tempted to take a roadtrip and show them a calendar so they can see that April comes AFTER March.

Hugs to you all!

Have you called yet? :)

Not yet, I've had to prepare for a business call this morning. Once that's out of the way (or rescheduled), I'll be on the phone with USCIS.

Improved USCIS Form G-325A (Biographic Information)

Form field input font changed to allow entry of dates in the specified format and to provide more space for addresses and employment history. This is the 6/12/09 version of the form; the current version is 8/8/11, but previous versions are accepted per the USCIS forms page.

I hate it when business gets in the way of my personal life :)

Inhaling and exhaling... but having a bit of trouble with my nose being all blocked up! lol.

Spoke with Brian last night and we're thinking it'll happen when we're together these next couple of weeks. I'm not counting on it, but that would be pretty awesome!

Here's hoping we all get past this step soon.

PS - Anyone want to me make me breakfast? I have no energy to get up off this couch to do it myself!

i called and entered in the eac recipt number and the prompter said its unable to access at this time to call back later. I guess the system is flooded in the morning with calls. Maybe if they would keep up with the already ridiculus time frame they set, people wouldn't have to call and flood the system

No, not yet. I thought I would give her a few days to act before hounding her. I might just go camp out in their offices since they are about 1.2 miles from my house.

Good Morning March filers!!

My SO and I have been reading the threads religiously and I just wanted to give you guys an update on our status.

I have been here in Germany with my SO for a little over a week, so we have been reading the posts to see what we need to do

next. We have been calling the VSC everyday since Monday, and have gotten three different responses from the people we talked to.

Our NOA 1 date is March 4, so the operator on Monday apologized for the delay and gave me two email addresses to submit my problem to.

Tuesday the operator was again very apologetic and advised that I make an INFO PASS appointment online. So I go online to make the appointment

only to find out that I cannot make the appointment without first having had a service request. I read Richard's post regarding the service request....thanks Richard, so on Wednesday, we called and was told that VSC is currently processing March 5, so we are only one day outside of the processing time....We all know that is bull, due to all of the April approvals. So I asked to speak to a USCIS officer and was denied, the operator asked what else she could do, so I told her that I wanted to submit a service request, she then said that this is not usually done for people only one day outside of the processing time but she would go ahead and do it.

She did enter the request and gave us a ticket number and said that we should hear something within a month, but if not to call back.

I am so fed up with this system, seems to me like they are playing us, telling us different things everyday.

If I wasn't here with my SO, I think I would be basketcase....

On a lighter note CONGRATS TO ALL MARCH NOA2s :dance:

Waiting for the day I am able to celebrate
