Linda, this is one situation where it would have been better not to receive the email since the snail mail will explain it and all you can do is worry and speculate as to why. But try to remember that you have a lot of resources here in VJ that can assist you. The wealth of knowledge here is remarkable and I have to believe that whatever the reason for the denial, it can be worked through.

I agree with Stan. I am sorry to hear this kind of news. Just wait for the notice in the mail and perhaps you can share with us and we can help guide you through the rest of the process. We are here for you.

question......ive filled out the DS230(ds-0230 now) and im trying to help him over skype fill it out since this has to be faxed right away to get interview date....and you cant save it to your computer so i have to print it, scan it, send it to him, have him fill out a page online, then he prints it , without closing the form, scans it, sends it to me, i look at it to make sure its correct, then he prints it and puts it away until needed,,,,,,,,BUT this is so CRAZY!!! its hard to do with the time difference and on the computer,,,,does anyone know a way that you can open the DS230 and other forms needed for packet 3, that it can be saved on the computer and also emailed so that he just has to print it out???

Try this. Let me know if you need Part II as well (my SO's consulate only requires Part I for K-1 applicants, but YMMV).

OMG YES!!! need also part 2.........how did you do it and do you have the other forms also for packet 3?? im at work right now but will download it tonight when i get home,,,thanksssssssssss

Hey there! Try "TeamViewer". It is a program that you both have to install on your computers and you can connect with each other. Then you can see what he sees on his computer. I use it all the time and I love it. It is free too! Best of luck!!!

I opened it in Adobe Acrobat Professional (not just the free Reader), enabled Adobe Reader usage rights, then resaved the document. Then I had to delete Part II because the entire doc was too big for the attachment system - ugh! I can send you the whole thing as one doc - PM me with your email address if you like. If you're having the same trouble with the other forms, I can do the same thing with them as well.

looks like they do same areas at a time ...these last three were maryland . pennsylvania, new york...same area
