JOKE OF THE DAY !!

The rep at the NVC that took my call right before lunch was a sudderer. He couldn't get his words out.... Not that I am making fun of his problem. I just think phone work probably wasn't the best career path.

Still nothing for me today. I'll chill until tonight.

Oh and my attorney cancelled on me. He said he will have a phone conference with me tomorrow morning.

Ok, I should have kept reading instead of knewwjerking and I would have seen that you wanted the K3. Well, here's the silver lining... you will have already had AP, so the chances of post interview AP are hopefully lessened. :D

If you were lucky and got an approval and reunion with your loved one rather quickly; Please refrain from telling people who waited 6+ months just to get out of a service center to "chill out" or to "stop whining" It's insensitive,and unecessary. Once you walk a mile in their shoes you will understand and be heard.

Q, I think u made a booboo on ur timeline. Isn't it supposed to say NVC left on march 6 not feb 6th?

Just looking out for our guru B) I hope our lawyer is half as competent as u and can whiz us by NVC in a month time!

GS - Thanks for looking out. I need to change that date, because that really reflects the date when my I-129F left NVC, not the I-130 :)

I'm going to be MIA for the next few hours, but will be around later. Kind of crazy at the moment.

NOTHING NEW but I haven't called in a few hours.. I was about to go to OLD NAVY but then I got a phone call. Actually, I sent an e-mail out to a few friends asking them to write letters for me regarding my husband and I. I will need them for my waiver. Its amazing how much they want to help. They are all calling to ask what I need. You really fnd out who your true friends are. I heart them !! I heart you guys too !!!!

Jen, anything new? Will u follow CR1 at the same time or completely scratch it once ur K3 leaves for consulate?

NOTHING NEW but I haven't called in a few hours.. I was about to go to OLD NAVY but then I got a phone call. Actually, I sent an e-mail out to a few friends asking them to write letters for me regarding my husband and I. I will need them for my waiver. Its amazing how much they want to help. They are all calling to ask what I need. You really fnd out who your true friends are. I heart them !! I heart you guys too !!!!

Haven't done that in while, running around like a chicken with its head cut off....ewwwwww that wasn't such a nice thing to picture :lol: So much for having dinner! lol

03/05/09: K3 and I 130 both approved! FINALLY after 230 emotionally trying days @ VSC!!

03/06/2009 : NVC Received; 03/09/09 Case Number Assigned; 03/10/09 K3 stuck in AP

03/17/2009 : AOS/IV fee bills generated (by email @ 10:00 p.m.); 03/18/2009 : AOS/IV fee bills paid online

03/27/2009 : AOS/DS 230 package sent to NVC; 04/02/2009 : AOS & DS-230 entered into NVC system

04/14/2009 : Found out K3 was forwarded to the consulate in Leb and CR1 stuck in AP; 04/18/09: K3 delivered

04/20/09: WOOHOO CR1 already out of AP; DS 230/AOS accepted with no RFEs!! Sign in failed on NVC payment site.

04/21/09: MAGIC CASE COMPLETE @ 4:30 P.M. THANK U GOD!!!

04/27/09: Hubby passed his medical; CR1 interview assigned for June 17th By NVC; but changed to MAY 12th after emailing embassy on 05/05/09 )

Jen, that great...see if you can get them to sign an affidavit stating proof of your maritial relationship.
