ok, I just wrote this really long post on FB and when I went to actually post it..... POOF gone..... GRRRRRRR SOB.

Yes Narina, I only had a baby with a tumor so I could eventually marry a foreigner and bring him here. ( I have a crystal ball) I like torture and pain. And going through all of this by myself is fabuloso !!! its like sticking needles in my eyes and under my fingernails... Aparently a brain tumor is not a serious illness. Wow, next thing you know it won't be covered under the health insurance plan.....LOL

SH!T rolls downhil doesn't it?

Ooooooooohhhhhhhhhh I hate when that happens! grrrrrrrrrr :angry: Any luck with NVC?

Still lurking and waiting for NOA2 from Vermont. Hoping to hear something in the next month or two. Me and hubby are going certifiably insane. :wacko:

Sounds familiar. We always joked they need to build us a nuthouse near the port of entry for when we are finally reunited. Cz judging by how long it takes to be back with our SOs, we most likely would be certifiably insane :wacko: Good luck and hope you hear the much needed good news soon. We just got ours after 230 longgggggggg and agonizingggggggg days!

04/14/2009 : Found out K3 was forwarded to the consulate in Leb and CR1 stuck in AP; 04/18/09: K3 delivered

No nothing.

My lawyer was supposed to call me back too and nothing from him yet either. I am so tired of people who say they will do something and they end up not doing it.... If you aren't sure, say it for goodness sakes.

I am wasting my minutes on my cell just sitting on hold for 5 minutes at a time.... That pisses me off too..... GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR <_<

ok so since this is the K3 thread maybe my question is better answered in this thread:

i feel like the CR1 is going to take longer than my K3. I may have to do the K3 route as I probably wont have a job by June. Does anyone know how long does it take so I can start working in US if i enter with K3? I know I have to file adjustment of status (once I enter as my 2nd year of marriage is march 2010 and i read that you have to file it asap @ POE).Then file EAD & SSN. Everyone is saying it cost more money in the future. Can someone tell me whats the inconvenient part about it other than paying $1k for the AOS?

Hello my lovely ladies and handsome gentlemen!

Congrats Sonia on an interview!!!! April 20th is around the corner.....

For the ladies waiting for NVC, my package didn't show up in the computer till DAY 12!!! BUT on that same day they generated my DS-3032 and AOS bill. You win some, you lose some.

Can we have a media topic on FB? You know, tv, books, mags, movies?

Holliday if your reading this, you have posted two of the most mature and thoughtful posts I have ever seen on VJ! ^_^

You are correct. The estimate to get ur work permit is about 3 months but you have to prepare that it might take longer. The only incovenience is more wait to get ur Green card as opposed to waiting an extra 8 mons or so for it to get to you after filing AOS.

And Mkg, I agree w/ you about Holiday's post :yes:

Jen, I fee the same way about my lawyer. I have gotten all my info on VJ and gotten my case #s from NVC, have learned how to track my package to consulate and wt is he doing? Still sitting there waiting for the approval notice to come in the mail!! GRRRRRRR hiring him didn't really teach me much. I learned more from Vjers and Guru Q ;)

Narina, that's a good smiley/ icon, yeah for real, what else will one do once so gets here, hhahahaha

OMG< u guys need to fill me in on all the stuff about NVC I have no Idea, I started reading , but have no clue...

I'm still celebrating, so tonite was out.....

I'm so happy......

I gotta get up early tomorrow, but hey I got approved y'all!!! ;):):)

hey, my timers expired, what's up with that didn't even get the days or anything, how do ?I get them back up an running, geez louise!!!!!!

and today they said again iv looked unpaid

yesterday it was viewed paid

but seems like i have really bad luck with the whole Visa Process

i got my papers send back twice at USCIS, before my 250 days between NOA1 & 2

and now this NVC 33 days and counting
