Quick question...Who receives the NOA2? Do both the petioner and beneficiary or just the petitioner? The reason i ask is, I am currently in the military and deployed in a location that i can not disclose until August 1st. Im worried they will only mail the NOA2 to my address back in the US. However, I do not reside at that address anymore. I moved out before i left to save myself money by not having to pay rent. Thanks in advance for your responses.

Will we need the actual physical copy of the NOA2 at any point? Or will waiting for a online update and email be sufficient?

you will need it later for AOS

YMMV

AOS is for when she is when we are already together correct? So is it right to assume that when she is here i can call VSC and ask for another copy? Thanks again

For a hefty fee, yes. Best to change the address with USCIS to one where your mail can be received. At least if you have evidence you did that, you may be able to get the fee waived or maybe even have the NOA2 delivered. You can use a parent's address etc. Just indicate your address is

Petitioner Name

In care of Mailbox Owner's Name

street, city, ST etc.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...
