I am not going to change the way I do things. I don't care. Grrr.

lets talk about something else...

Umm sooo how about that jon and kate??

No seriously the fact that they could be announcing their divorce on tv on monday makes me really sad. I don't know, I think its a new low for television. :(

Who cares about your freaking ratings, turn off the cameras your family is falling apart!!

I know people think reality tv is trash, but Jon and Kate was an adorable show for a while. I have watched it for so long. Those kids are just the cutest! Except maddy... little brat. :P

But I guess from watching it for so long you just get attached to everyone and now this happens and its really ruined the show for me. When this season first began, I'll admit it, I was looking forward to the drama. But to be honest, its just really depressing.

I know, it's so sad. I think they are playing up this "big announcement" because the ratings have dropped drastically, so they want to pull the viewers in. What better way (sick but true) to get viewers back by a divorce announcement and watching their marriage fall apart on TV? I think it's time to turn the cameras off and mend their family. It's not fun to watch anymore, it's sad

I agree, but I will still watch.

AHH its a double edged sword and it's going right through meeeee.

It is sad, I just wish they were going to announce: "We've decided we just really need therapy and to mend our family.."

I mean when celebrities divorce, you hear the stories but you don't really know what's going on and they release statements and its usually amicable. This has played out in front of our eyes. It's just really strange. There has been nothing like it.

huh?

I guess I just don't trust People magazine or anything else for that matter.. and neither should John & Kate.. the best way I figure to ruin a marriage is to listen to what the media says about your marriage.

I think by inviting the show to film their lives they got far more than they bargained for.. and lost much much more than their privacy.

Yup, history shows that allowing a reality show to film your marriage leads to a divorce...

People magazine isn't like the others. You can't trust those other ones for sure. It was an actual interview with Jon and Kate, separately.

I understand, but each magazine wants a "story".. and they are going to twist an interview to get it.. I haven't read the article, but I'm sure that it's not entirely unbiased towards making the relationship look strained and the marriage going down the tubers.

Travis Barker and Shannon Moakler, he's a musician and she's a model. Their marriage went kapoots.

People magazine is the one magazine I trust for reputable stories. They don't report on gossip, only fact. They interview people, don't talk about them without getting their side of the story.
