Im here. Haven't read VJ for days.

I am flying to Costa Rica on the 17th. Hubby took care of almost everything.. Tenative date for interview is 4-22. We just have to call and tell them that is the date we want.

His medical is the 14th.

I can't wait to see his family. I am going through withdrawal... I usually see them every 6 weeks or so.... UGHHHHHHHH I haven't seen him since Feb 10th.

But with all the recent craziness I have been reading about the fee bills and the online payment system, I am actually a little apprehensive about starting all this stuff in the NVC.

I am hoping for a nice, smooth journey for us (and all of you, too!)

Finally you got your case number - just wait for them to email you about the AOS Bill Fee.

*DS230 Form Part I (with signed) and Part II (not signed)

*Colored photocopy of Valid Passport Biographic Data Page

*Original Birth Certificate and a photocopy

*Original Marriage Contract and a photocopy

*Original Police clearance and a photocopy

*Original NBI Clearance and a photocopy (is this included?)

*4 pcs Passport size photo (with my name and NVC case # at the back)

Do i need to include my husband's certified birth certificate as it states in the website of NVC?

The list looks good to me. Only 2 pics are required but you can send 4 if you want to. You don't need to send the BC of your husband since he should have submitted it as part of the original petition to prove citizenship.

yeah as far as i know i dont need to submit the birth certificate of my hubby since we already submitted that with the 1-I30 form.

I received an email regarding my IV BILL FEE.. We paid this already 3 days ago and the status is paid..

Do i need to send the DS230 forms with my documents to NVC? Or shall we need to wait for them to mail the hardcopy of DS230 and Cover Sheet?

No need to wait for the hardcopy of the DS-230 and cover sheet. You should call NVC, speak to an operator to confirm that the IV bill shows as paid and then submit the documents.

Ok, I already printed the Document Cover Sheet of IV Bill since its already paid..

We will be submitting this DS230 and AOS documents together this week.. LORD, no more RFE.....

Yup, confirming that the NVC system shows the bill as paid is just for confirmation. Keep in mind the Payment System and the NVC case system are two different systems.
