Co-sponsor I-134 question

Hi everyone.

I am having a co-sponsor for my fiance and due to the fact that they only sent ONE affidavit of support it's a bit hard for her to complete one. So what I'm wondering is can she just download the one from this site here and fill it out by hand??

I've heard numerous times that they hate downloaded forms but I don't understand what the big deal is. It's the exact same form as my fiance got in Packet 3 right? The co-sponsor lives over two hours away from me and I don't see the point in making a copy of the form from Packet 3 and mailing it when she can get it off her computer, but if that's what I have to do to make them happy I will. :help:

Why not make a photocopy of the form they sent and get it in an overnight FedEx? Frankly, I'd rather comply at every juncture instead of wondering why the government wants things done their way. There's too much at stake to start running your own personal programme. (Just one opinion.)

Sadly, I agree. Make a copy of the I134 you have and send it to her.

You could also fax it over and it'd be instant. That may save you some time.

All in all I don't think they are going to deny you a visa because you used the gov't approved form all the website, lol, but if you have the time to do it, do it.

You'll be fine though. Just do what works best for you. :)

Yeah I guess you're right. I'll just photo copy it and send it to her.

Thanks for the input.
