Possible for petitioner to enter US during k1 petition time for business trips?

Is it possible for the beneficiary to visit the US for business trips that are asked of the beneficiary by his employer during the k1 application time?

Is it a straight out 'no' or is a paper trail of the employer paying for round trip flight and hotel and business related billing enough proof that he isn't there to do anything fraudulent?

Yes - as long as they can prove strong ties to return to their home country.

return ticket, letter from boss, etc..

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

The ultimate decision for entry is up to the CBP agent.

Lots of people visit throughout the process but it's best to be as prepared as possible for what to expect.
