Adding my case.. BTW, I got the transfer email on 2/25/09, but I still haven't received the paper notice. How low does it usually take to get the paper notice? I am getting antsy..

I got my email notice on the 25th as well but haven't rec'd anything via snail mail. I wouldn't sweat it. Some people get their 10-year cards having never received any updates to their case online. It looks like some of the cases that were transferred recently are getting approved. We'll probably get approved before we see a physial letter saying that we were transferred. Here's hoping!

Hi Everyone,

Likewise, I didn't receive any paper notices either. Oh well, it doesn't matter anyways, as I got an "official CRIS" e-mail "transfer notice" and "pending notice" instead, which is good enough for legal purposes....

Lol...just print out these "official CRIS e-mails", and that should be sufficient enough to serve as your "e-mail printed paper notice", in case you want a copy of it for your records (as I did such too)...

Meanwhile, the next "paper notice" that we all should be getting should say "approved" on it (with the 10yr green card enclosed too)...

We need some approvals.........Lets get some soon for June Filers...Unfortunately, with the government budget cuts, worker furloughs and California state bankruptcy, I would want to get approved out of CSC ASAP!!!!!!!!!

Yeah, you're all right! It seems I am the first among the list of June filers, and I am on 9 months of waiting!!! ...and each additional day of this hell of waiting is making me paranoid! :blink::(

No more approvals? I am getting so impatient, I've been waiting for alomost 9 months now :huh:

Sorry, I guess I just need to vent a little, I just wish CSC would work some miracle and we all get approved soon.

Come on CSC!!!! Let's shake this thing up!!!! We need some approvals to keep our people with hope...

Agree...tooooooo quite...

Prediction: we're going to have some approvals by Friday.(that's what I'm hopping for...)

We need some approvals.........Lets get some soon for June Filers...Unfortunately, with the government budget cuts, worker furloughs and California state bankruptcy, I would want to get approved out of CSC ASAP!!!!!!!!!

Oh! As far as I know, USCIS employees are on federal paid check, doesn't have anything to do with the California state government. But the employees' family, news or the economic environment might caused emotional depression that could lead to lower work production. Wow! That's a long shot for excuse, can't believe I just typed that. :blush:

No matter what excuse they can bs about, we did paid our fees! Did we not? So I don't care even if the federal governement is going bankrupt, USCIS owed us a decision once they took the application and money, no matter approve or deny. :angry:

So yes! Let's hope CSC will pump out some approval soon! And VSC too, even need to be sooner!

6/9/2010 - Check cashed

6/11/2010 - NOA in my mail box

6/17/2010 - Able to see case status "Initial Review"

6/18/2010 - LUD

7/2/2010 - Called mis-information line to put in a service request for STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED "FP NOTICE"

7/8/2010 - LUD, at 2:32am, received text msg and e-mail for req. for add'l evidence being mailed out on July 6th, believe it's for the FP

7/12/2010 - Received FP notice in mail, scheduled for 8/2/2010

7/15/2010 - Walk in FP

7/22/2010 - Online status changed to "Case sent to local office for interview schedule"

7/27/2010 - Received interview letter for 8/23/2010

8/23/2010 - Passed interview, was informed that next oath date is 9/22/2010 and oath letter will come in the mail

9/3/2010 - Received oath letter in the mail for 9/22/2010
