im pretty sure that i will get a RFE for my fiance's G325 (she left some of the fields blank)

having her sign and send off a new copy of the G325 will take around four days (since it would come from Pakistan) so im thinking of having her send the form to me beforehand so i have it ready as soon as the i recieve the RFE. this way i can send it to uscis express and they will have it a day.

only problem is that along with signing it she has to date it also. should i have her date it for when she sends it? will uscis care that the date is one or two months before the actual RFE?

any suggestions?

OK, whoa! She already demonstrated her ability to mess up a G-325a. Stop now.

SO have her sign TWO new G-325a forms then YOU fill them in and send them if necessary. The date on the form is not important. Date it when she signs it. If anyone asks, tell the truth. We messed up, we knew we messed up, we prepared for the RFE and had this ready.

I never had my fiancee complete ANY portion of the forms of the process. I did exactly ALL and had her sign and date where needed. It is difficult enough for us let alone someone that cannot read the instructions and has no idea what they are doing. Please try to do as much of this yourself as possible. Since you have sent you I-129f this is the third mistake you have written about here, maybe more that I didn't see. STOP! Take time to review everything make SURE it is correct, take a few extra days, psot questions, get answers BEFORE you send. Please.

This is great advice. Actually though, it's unlikely you'll get an RFE for a foreign national's G325a unless there's critical informatino missing from it that isn't on the I-129F itself.

yeah your rite....i was really confused when i originally sent the packet...ever since then i became a regular on VJ and now know a lot more. this is a great site

Hopefully what the guys said is right and you wont get an RFE ... but you know what we did I had filled out the DS-156 and then realised when I looked at the Sydney consulated page I realised they dont accept hand written ones anymore so I had to redo it but I dont have a printer, it died and I didnt want to replace it at this late date ... Shay filled in the form electronically for me as requested in the directions and emailed me the PDF to proofread ... When I gave him the ok he printed and mailed me a copy with all the Affidavit of Support ... If your fiancee has a computer you can do the same for her just send her the pdf she can print it and sign it and send it off to you...
