Actually, the fact that your case is with an adjudicator and you're putting in the requests...I think it's a good thing. If it was me and I had a pile of things to work on (like today)...and someone then said, "Can you check on this one? They're asking about it." I would look at it, then say, "Okay, I'm doing xxxxxxx with it." Then since I already had it out and the profile pulled up, for example, I would just process it and get it over and done with. That's just me though. Don't know about anyone else

He he ok then Narina, we will send you to VSC to quickly approve our files and come back seeing how you would get it over and done with and you are our little protestor

Jen, how did you get them to approve the expedite request for ur K3 since it's not out of date range yet according to USCIS website. Also curious how come they denied u in the morning then agreed the scd time around. I wanna hear the story

I was out mos of the day

Getting Vaccines and my medical appointment set, I have it on the 10th

I almost forgot...Aruba, you're a nurse right?

Do you know of any place in the world where a nurse would require a placement exam, 5 years of undergraduate college, and then an additional 3 years graduate school? The nurses here can get by with 2 years of school - 4 if they want a "higher degree". Last I checked, nurse practitioners only took 6 years total.

Actually depends where you are in Holland it takes more than usual some time, especially if you want to specialize in something

If you are talking about the states sounds like this is someone who is professionalizing in a certain field in Nursing

Like examples Neonatal, Cardiac, Anesthesiology

For the Record Me not a nurse, an EMT trained to work on Ambulances (Paramedic)

By the way, need opinions. My family is planning to come down to visit in July/August this year. Since there are so many of them, I was thinking of the easiest way to keep them entertained. They will ALL be staying in my house (good thing I did all the decorating and organizing LOOOOOOL). It won't be crowded by any means, but still... I was thinking to take them out on a cruise. They've never been on one before (well my one brother and mom did go with me to Hawaii and Alaska). They wouldn't know "high class" from "economy"... I searched and the only cruiseline that sails out of Texas is Carnival. Someone referred to Carnival in a cruise review as the "double wide of the seas"...meaning it was mostly trailer trash people. Do you think this is true? The commercials made the ships look nice. One co-worker went with his family and said it was nice. Another said that he would never travel with Carnival again and that it was all "trashy and constantly drunk" people. I've only cruised the better cruise lines because I don't like to deal with a crowd like that... but with my younger brothers and their kids...I'm wondering if maybe the "fun ship" is better for them.

The other options is to take them to all the places in Texas, which would require tons of driving. I hate driving! And they're going to expect me to lead the way because they don't know where to go. So I was thinking a cruise was better for this reason.

Your opinions please!

I liked Carnaval, I have been on twice, last time in 2005

it was good

As for other ideas, U can always go other parts of Texas, Like San Antonio to Sea world, six flags, Alamo, Riverwalk

but if you want to leave yeah cruise is the best. Or take cruise out of new jersey you fly out there

She offered to put in the expedite request. I was only asking about the CR-1 since it was out of date. I didn't ask for an expedite in the am. I only wanted a service request for the K-3.

I wish that too but stilll gotta convince the hubby I don't think men (EXCET FOR STEVE HI STEVE lol) get it for why we need women comaraderie . He isn't as open as I am I guess (normal for me, not so normal for him). He thinks I should perfectly be fine to come to him on days I feel down and I do, but we women have a different way of crying on each other's shoulders and need the girlie support. Go figure

Well I am in a naughty mind set, kinda want to cause trouble with NVC because they did not work today

My vaccines because my arms hurt

and myself to get in gear cause i have 5 weeks to have everything packed up and done and 27 days for all paperwork for interview to be done

Ok, checked DHL again and I think I had the wrong package before. I just found one that would have left the next morning after I talked to NVC and it arrived in Amman this morning. That would explain why Amman said they hadnt received it on the 28th.

Anyway, I think THIS one is it So, sticking with the Wed email plan.

My congressman's office is going to email the consulate when we get an interview date. So, I think it depends on the constituent contact on how they follow up after adjudication.

Lis, I meant to ask you, why would you congressman be emailing the consulate in Amman on ur behalf?

Jen, PM me if you need an ear or shoulder or any other organ to cry on lol (ok maybe I should be retrieving that last offer as the google world may read too much into it lolrog)...Lisa and Steve were my support last week and they gave me the boost I needed. I will never think u were a big baby at all. I know exactly (or almost exactly) how you are feeling and your posts over the last few days remind me of myself the previous week. But while the bad days are a norm, we are here for each other through them and together we can pull through. Last week I needed all the solace I could get from the group, today I still do, but seeing as u need it more than me, I am here for you just like others were there for me (((((((((((JEN))))))))). GS yeah you are right that is the perfect reason to get an approval time to change old tickers
