I thought in a post you said you worked near times square?? If you are near times square its on 45th street between 5th and 6th Ave.

The food is pretty good, the fries are great!!! LOL!!!

clinical manager just called me:

"do we need a doctors order for _____ patients?"

me:YES, you need orders before you even step in the home!

her: we dont have any info and dont know who the md is

me: I thought we had verbal orders

her:we do

me: so who did you get the orders from?

her: well, we just write the order and then fax it in

me: thats NOT a verbal order, thats your nurse writing on a piece of paper

her: well...

me: find the doc and get the order, so we dont get all of that money recouped during an audit. please

#######?! this is a nurse!

even if you know nothing about what im ranting about, you can see my issue with the logic here right?

She kept trying to explain it away for the next two hours after that. She could tell i was gonna stroke out at the thought of how many times that has happened :lol:

Timeline: 13 month long journey from filing to visa in hand

If you were lucky and got an approval and reunion with your loved one rather quickly; Please refrain from telling people who waited 6+ months just to get out of a service center to "chill out" or to "stop whining" It's insensitive,and unecessary. Once you walk a mile in their shoes you will understand and be heard.

Haha, no I think the confusion is from when I said I worked near the Lexington Line (4,5,6). I work (and used to live) near Washington Square Park and often will walk to Union Square for lunch just to get out of the office. I know I've seen the goodburger sign near there....

AWWWWWW, thanks Yazied :-)) Lisa u should totally gone for the fatteh! Where the heck do u find that stuff?? Actually funny u said fatteh cz today I was looking at one of our honeymoon pics in LB and I had taken pic of a fatteh dish since it's a typical breakfast we eat there and was thinking, Man what I wouldn't give to have some fatteh right now lol

Well I just wanted to check in. Maybe we can start a thread just called "K3 family - approved or not, let's chat" :lol:

Well I say we can have a K3 weekend celebration party this weekend...what do you think? I know we're still apart from our spouses and still waiting...but at least this weekend we have something to celebrate! :D

DOn't worry, I will support you through this! Last week I was feeling exaclty how you feel. Hubby and I were startin to really feel down and felt like is this ever gonna be over? and up until Thurs. morning we were really struggling to keep it up and remain strong but it kept gettin tougher and tougher and just before breaking down once again...guess what happened?? APPROVAL!! Hang in there, u will c. It will come right when u least expect it (OK maybe I lied, we've been expecting it for 230 LONGGGGGGGG days lol) but you know wt I mean, that morning I definitely wasn't all that hopeful and the email was like a nice slap in the face. I had to look at the screen for a while to make sure I wasn't misreading!!! Your time will come! Wait and see what will happen b/c of the expedite u put in. You never know it might bring about your lucky break like it did for us! GOOD LUCK! PM me anytime you feel you need to vent :)
