I think we should try to get answers to what is going to happen to our petitions and when, I need a time frame. why don’t we try contacting the people that wrote the INBRA law, I think that you don’t only write a law and try to pas the law with out knowing the consequences, the pros and cons, so I suggest that we all ask questions bellow are the email address to the rep. that were involved in writing the IMBRA,

PLEASE LETS NOT SIT AND WAIT, LET’S DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT.

08/09/06 send affidavit of support recived 08/10/06

08/16/06 send DS 230- arrived at visa center on 08/17/06 at 8AM

08/16/06 I129 approved

10/26/06 1-130 completed at NVC

02/12/07 Visa was issued

April/04/2005- Visa journey began!!

We did both K3 & CR1 visa's, got both!!- I returned to England for my CR1 interview after first arriving on a K3 visa!!

May/25th 2006- Green card arrives in the mail................YAY!!

19th June 2006 I Had to go to the Social Security Office to get my number, the DS-230 didnt work for me!!

26-June-2006- Social Security# arrived in the mail....YAY!!

Feb 2008 lift conditions <<<reminder to self!!<<<< went to England for a visit instead, no rush right, 90 days is a long time,LOL

Removing Conditions Begins

Mailed I-751 April 12th 2008

signed for @ NSC April 16th

NOA date April 16th

Conditional GC expired May 5th 2008

Biometrics Detroit May 10th 2008

10 year Green card ordered August 20th 2008

Citizenship any time from feb 2009

If the consequences that you are delayed for an additional month....you will be wasting your time. The benefits far outweigh the negative effects of this law.

I finally got rid of the never ending money drain. I called the plumber, and got the problem fixed. I wish her the best.

Unfortunately Immigration is about "waiting". There ppl who have been waiting a lot longer than u, but u dont hear them complaining. There's nothing u can do, thats the law. I dont think they'll ever change it.
