Has anyone gotten an NBI Clearance from the Philippines without the right thumbprint on the green certificate??!! This is my renewal and it arrived by mail! Why no right thumb print? Do I need to go there or at a Philippine embassy to have my print affixed to it? I already got fingerprinted on ALL fingers at the Embassy!

Help! Did the NBI forget or do I need to go back to the Emabassy?

i got mine the other day,no thumbprint too but it has seal...i was thinking of going back to the NBI branch and do the thumbprint or otherwise get another one

Update:

Philippine Embassy told me to bring the "green thing" over there and they'll put my thumb print on it! :)

Wee! It's a weekend coming up anyway so we have a free day so far as shipping schedule goes!
