WHAT WHAT ?! I FEEL LIKE THIS IS A BIG TRICK....

but the processing times at VSC have been pushed waayyyy back down to normal levels!

i just checked today! 6 months for i-130 (spouse)

I WAS SITTING HERE THINKING ID BE LUCKY IF I GOT A NOA2 by JUNE!

WOW!!! watch this be a mistake, i wont believe it till someone else tells me im not seeing things!!!!

maybe someone sent a letter to VSC threatening to kill kittens if they don't bring it to down 6 months!

i filed 5 months ago! wait till my wife hears!!

I'll believe it when I see it. If I get my approval after 6 months (which will be April), I'll let you know. :P

We have the same I 130 NOA 1 date the 20th of Oct 2008 we shall see if this holds up. I think there has been a definate push on the I 130's., lets hope the momentum continues.

They updated the times on friday the 20th and by then it was saying I130 6 months, k3 for some reason still working on may 12 and that has not change, they updated it yesterday but still indicates the same time frame....

I think they go tnew people working that have taken a load or appls and have been approving left and right, of course the load is after my noa's dates so I imagine I'm still stuck with slowpopes!!!! Great just my luck!!!!

Hate to bring you down but every once in a while they put six months and then the next month they change it back to only 30 days of progress. VSC likes playing mind games. I was lucky to get my NOA2 this month and I filled in June. But miracles happen and someone always gets lucky and gets an NOA2 in a normal amount of time.
