transffered to CSC

Hello,

I filed my 751 back in July 08. Now my online status syas that it has been transffred to CSC. Is that a good thing for me?

I think it is great. VSC is running about 11 months +. They are sending cases to CSC. CSC is very fast. I wish mine would get sent to CSC. Good luck.

It is usually a good thing. For both AOS and lifting conditions, Claudeth's petitions were transferred to CSC and she received both cards without interviews.

I wonder the same thing. people said that it's a good thing. However they forgot that we applied in JUNE 2008. If we stay at VSC, we would approve in around two months. Now I don't know how CSC will take care our case.

I can see CSC is fast, however do I get credit for the time my application spent at VSC? With the current VSC timeline, my application would be approved by June/July 09 timeframe. If CSC is going to take 5 months then it will be the same. So I am not sure..if this transffer was good or bad..any ideas????

Until the first person is approved who has been transferred, we have no way of knowing. Well, I guess it tells you your case had not been lost up to that date.

Yes and No My AOS was sent to CSC It added another 8 months of processing but I didn't have an interview. So as it goes, it is anyones guess as to what will happen, until we see some of transfers beening approved.
