After about 5 months [at CSC] my wifes 10 year GC production was ordered today. Another semi painful trip out of the way.

Had to get my senator involved as I screwed up and inluded my adopted daughter [uS Citizen] on the I-751.

About took an act of congress to get USCIS to process the application for my wife only.

Senator Inoye's immigration specialist kicked butte!

One more HUGE positive step for a little pinay born in a nipa in the jungles of Mindanao!

I can rest in peace now! Both my wife and daughter are covered for life now!

Also failed to mention! No Interview! We submitted TONS of evidence.

Having to have a interview costs us about $750 for inter island travel and hotel!

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!

Feb 2009 - Called USCIS to see what the heck was goin' on...

FEB 20th 2009 - Received email - GC on the way!

I am APPROVED for the 10 year PR Card!
