Can some one help please if i have my i have no time to file my 2008 tax but i have my 2008 w2 and my 2007 and 2006 tax return copy, letter from my employer, pay stubs and my i-134 yearly income of $43,000 for a family of 3 you think this will make it?

Most likely you have enough documentation... I guess it depends if Manilla is looking for 2008 returns yet. Check in the PI Regionals for more on that.

$43,000 is more than enough for a family of 3. ;)
