Ok...Here are the Details of what my husband was asked on his interview for the K-3 Visa

Questions.

Who is Sponsoring you?

What is your wife's name?

When was the last time you saw your wife?

How did you meet?

When did you meet?

What year?

Does she have any children fathered by you?

Does she have any children of her own?

How many?

What is the name of the youngest one and her age?

Do you have any proof of your relationship? (showed pictures)

asked to explain two of the pictures

Stamped some documents and wrote some stuff and said...good luck and gave

him instructions to go pay DHL.

I hope this helps, One suggestion...dont wait until the interview to submit the originals

and everything they are requesting, that is when you might have some problems.

My husband mentioned that people that didn't have some paper works were the one's

being denied. and that they were not as bad as he thought, he still cant believe that

things were so easy.

Good luck to everyone

oh ya, and super congrats on the interview! :)

"you fondle my trigger then you blame my gun"

Timeline: 13 month long journey from filing to visa in hand

If you were lucky and got an approval and reunion with your loved one rather quickly; Please refrain from telling people who waited 6+ months just to get out of a service center to "chill out" or to "stop whining" It's insensitive, and unecessary. Once you walk a mile in their shoes you will understand and be heard.

Thanks!

Your ok then... there are some people that only send in the copies, afraid that they might get lost and wait until the interview to submit the originals, that is what i was trying to rely...Good luck and dont forget to take pictures
