I finally got through to NVC after the 390215789076th call today.

I was told that we are still in AP, but if I "call back in a week or so, maybe we can tell you something different" <---this is a new one. Maybe they wanted to try handing out hope today instead of their normal...."there is no timeframe for this process"

seriously guys...im getting frigging pist. In roughly 60 more days, it will have been 1 year since we filed for the k3.

Enough is enough! I just want to be done with this. Even if we got out of AP tomorrow, he still wouldnt have his interview till around april. that will be a year.

Timeline: 13 month long journey from filing to visa in hand

If you were lucky and got an approval and reunion with your loved one rather quickly; Please refrain from telling people who waited 6+ months just to get out of a service center to "chill out" or to "stop whining" It's insensitive,and unecessary. Once you walk a mile in their shoes you will understand and be heard.

I just kinda told my husband that we might hear something this week. I told me not to tell him until it happens. He says I always say the same thing and he gets all hopeful. Then the week goes by without an approval. So I can't talk about it until it happens. I understand his frustration and heunderstands I am just trying to be hopeful.

B TW. he never went to the dentist because his supervisor never showed up to cover. He can't go until Wednesday. I told him to dose up on Motrin before he goes to bed. He might get some sleep if he takes 3.

I feel terrible for him. AAAHHHHHH my heart.

My husband and I constantly pass the contagious "blues" back and forth, but we did good today. We were sharing Jen's good news and we got all giddy and hopeful :) Let's see how long we can keep this up!! It's been one huge UpAndDown ride ...Yesterday I felt like I was on the edge of a cliff, hanging on by thin thread, trying to latch on as hard as I can over the next few months ahead... Today is a better day and today I am holding on to my husband's love (L) throughout these stormy times.

Hope the freakin' storm is over for all of us waiting soon!!

My husband and I constantly pass the contagious "blues" back and forth, but we did good today. We were sharing Jen's good news and we got all giddy and hopeful :) Let's see how long we can keep this up!! It's been one huge UpAndDown ride ...Yesterday I felt like I was on the edge of a cliff, hanging on by thin thread, trying to latch on as hard as I can over the next few months ahead... Today is a better day and today I am holding on to my husband's love (L) throughout these stormy times.

Hope the freakin' storm is over for all of us waiting soon!!

We were actually discussing Jen's estimated adjudication dates and I have to agree with her how it seemed that VJ is dead on ;)

Based on timeline data, your I130 may be adjudicated between March 12, 2009 and April 22, 2009*.

MARCH IS RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER...............YAYYYYYYYYYYY ( A little hope can't hurt for now :lol: if it can get me through next week). Like I said before, we're taking it a few days a time at this point!

If you were lucky and got an approval and reunion with your loved one rather quickly; Please refrain from telling people who waited 6+ months just to get out of a service center to "chill out" or to "stop whining" It's insensitive,and unecessary. Once you walk a mile in their shoes you will understand and be heard.
