Mar 6, 2009 - Medical for Ksenia & Sasha completed in Kiev. Everything is great.

Mar 9, 2009 - Called NVC and found out our K3 is in "administrative processing"

Apr 6, 2009 - OUT OF A.P. !!! File being sent to Kiev !

May 5, 2009 - K3 interview in Kiev! APPROVED !!!

July 12, 2009 - ARRIVAL IN USA !!!

Hey ladies, I was posting over on FB. I think I'll keep my "stronger" comments over there LOOOOL

The whole thing is BS... They don't pull files in order, period. There's no rhyme or reason. That post of the guy who worked for USCIS said it straight up. Boxes sit on a shelf and people randomly pick up boxes they wanna work on. Your box sits on the shelf and no one accidentally picks it up for a few months, tough ####### for you! And he even said, if you have a "difficult" case they will push it to the side and work on easier cases because they have to process a certain number of cases per day or their numberd look bad. He also said that if someone takes a box and leaves it on their desk, and then goes on vacation or something, that box will remain untouched, unless the person puts it back so that it gets reassigned. So I'm sure my petition was in the box on the desk of the pregnant lady that decided to take 9 months off for maternity leave. Yours is probably with the fvckers who are on vacation. It's all a big lie and it's sickening when you see people try to justify it.

:wow: OH NOOOOOOOOOOOO :bonk: , can we at least decorate the boxes so they would go "Oh this one is nice and pretty, I think I will go for it!" :lol: Lately, I try to laugh so the anger inside of me doesn't blow up like a volcano that's been dormant far too long!! And what the heck is a difficult case anyway? How difficult can it be? Two ppl got married, sent their marriage certificate and other required docs and now all they want is to be reunited and start a life together!To me that's as simple as it gets. Difficult is what this process is putting us through!! GRRRRRRRR :angry::angry::angry:

So does this mean no one at the CSC office is going on vacation?? :lol:

03/27/2009 : AOS/DS 230 package sent to NVC; 04/02/2009 : AOS & DS-230 entered into NVC system

04/14/2009 : Found out K3 was forwarded to the consulate in Leb and CR1 stuck in AP; 04/18/09: K3 delivered

04/20/09: WOOHOO CR1 already out of AP; DS 230/AOS accepted with no RFEs!! Sign in failed on NVC payment site.

04/21/09: MAGIC CASE COMPLETE @ 4:30 P.M. THANK U GOD!!!

If you were lucky and got an approval and reunion with your loved one rather quickly; Please refrain from telling people who waited 6+ months just to get out of a service center to "chill out" or to "stop whining" It's insensitive,and unecessary. Once you walk a mile in their shoes you will understand and be heard.

You know damn well they can take applications with RFE's or other delays and assign them to another person, or put them in a pile outside the line and then bring them back into line or get to working on them when RFE's are resolved. Sorry for my negetive attitude but to me it is all HORSE HOCKY.

My I-130 is June 23rd

My K-3 is July 29th

they are processing cases WAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY beyond those dates.

Adjudication or not.... they dropped the ball with my petitions. I think my petitions are still holding up someone's desk.

I feel your pain, it's like a slap in the face, how come people with later dates have gotten approvals, and why were you so lucky to have gotten some adjudicator thats lazy as F@$@!!!!! why why why...not fair..

anyhow, did you call USCIS and let them know u are outside processing times and for them to look into it??

If u haven't done so I suggest you get on the phone today my friend!

I did that yesterday, and I will bug again in a few, good luck!!!
