Who do we make out the cheque to?

I've tried searching this and all I seem to be able to find out is that we make out a cheque for the K-1 application. Not who should be in the "to" line of the cheque.

Is it to US Citizenship and Immigration Services? Or the shortform, USCIS? Or the State Department? Or the Vermont Service Centre?

I'm sure it's in a terribly simple place to see, but I'm missing it simply because I'm trying to find it, much like I do when I put my hairbrush in the middle of my bed right before my shower so I can find it easily when I get out. Which usually ends in me searching for my hairbrush for hours.

Help?

March 13, 2009--Visa application handed to the post office.

March 16, 2009--Visa application received by Vermont Service Centre at 11:01 am. Let's hope that he actually put in everything he thought he did and they don't send it back to us!!

March 23, 2009--Got the whole package back. The cheque was apparently filled out incorrectly, thanks to the fact that his moronic flatmates helped him and instructed him wrong for the first cheque he ever filled out.

March 30, 2009--NOA1

August 12, 2009--Touched

September 1, 2009, received Package 1 from Montreal--but where is our NOA2???

Thanks. I knew it would be an obvious answer and in an obvious place. I *knew* I'd read it before! I must look like such an idiot.

And if I had the money, I'd totally make you out a cheque too for your help. ;)

My friend had their cheque returned for abbreviating. I'd be on the safe side and write it out.
