Negative, I'm beginning to wonder if they have a grab bag of different standardized messages they use according to the specific caseworker's whim. My message is still the same as in my timeline below. In any case, it's a good thing, I have seen that more people (NOA2's) are having their cases touched recently.

Me too!!

Touched again today. My case has been touched 4 times in about 7 days. Its still surreal because my cases had never been touched since april.

Saturday I recieved a notice in the mail explaining that the case was reopened. But, Im not sure if there is anything to get excited about yet.

I just called Vermont and couldn´t even ask a question because I´m the beneficiary.

Sometimes they give me some information. I wasn´t even gonna ask them about my case specificaly.

Just wanted to know if there are RFEs being sent to recalled cases.

I find that really strange.

All of you with the case reopened got touched.

Can i ask what "touched" mean? I received a notice from VSC saying that my petition has been reopened, a bad day ... :(

I did get an email today which refutes all of the others on where the hell my petition is....

The 1st one I got on June 6th was from the Embassy in Manila Saying my Petition was sent to the NVC.

The 2nd was a week ago saying my Petition was sent by the NVC to Manila!

This one is from the NVC and Claims they returned it to the CIS an any furthur inquiries should be directed there :lol:

Nobody knows where my Petition IS!!!!! :help:

You Gotta Laugh!

Cause if you don't you may cry....
