ummm.. kcoy.. food sounds good and guess i didn't realize hubby was at home thats good.. girl i feel ya on the movie thing, but i just love to get dress up and go out on the town, i don't care if its a movie or eating or dancing.. mi like fi dress up LOL

jonsie, that movie sounds interesting, i think i remember seeing a clip

alright ladies, im out..

KayCee, I could never get use to soap operas. My grandmother loved them.

Chile is my husband fault. Wasn't into it myself but he got me hooked. We use it as our bonding time. We used to go to the movies but with the cost of that we just wait until the DVD's are in Blockbuster or watch them free on watch_movie.net or ovguide.com.

Going to watch my pot before mi bun mi fowl. Cooking up some oriental stir fry chicken, yum yum.

So sorry that you two are going through all that. Now you know you've got prayers from VJers to help the cause. I pray his recovery comes quickly!

By the way KCoy, I am so jealous about you and your hubby's bonding ritual. I think that is soooo sweet. That's my one of my favorite things to do with my hubby. So, I found out right as I left work today that one of the people in my dept is leaving - and I already do 99% of her job, lol - So, I am trying to be the good little employee and put my best foot forward - but I want that role - It pays a SIGNIFICANT more in salary and is bonus eligible!!

Did I tell ya'll I'm going to see J Hudson and Robin Thicke...so excited. Picking out my outfil..gotta be fly. :ot2:

I jealous KK!!! They are going to be an hour away from me on Tuesday but I have my kids that night so I can't go.... :crying: I LOVE JH.

I had a couple of posts that I wanted to reply to...but they disappeared and I can't remember now. Welcome DaDa and KayCee. DaDa honey...uuummmm your patwah....well you are definitely trying. :thumbs::lol:

KayCee I read your story about a week or so ago. You and your hsuband are so inspiring, and your pictures were great. Prayers for you and your husband.

Sus...claim that job in His name...its yours. You certainly have worked hard enough to earn that one and any other want you aspire toward.

I missed all the banter today because I went to court with my brother. His ex-girlfriend got married and now is denying him any rights to their son (my nephew). Her new husband suddenly decided that he wants to adopt him. Sus, do you know anything about the father not having any parental rights even if he signed the birth certificate simply because he did not marry the mother?

We can't afford a lawyer, but she had a Criminal lawyer with her. He was so disheartened, and it just broke my heart. My brother has had some problems with the law in the past...but he is an AMAZING father. He has already lost two babies (one was a miscarriage and the other one died at birth). Both of these losses nearly killed him. So his ex-girlfriend knows that his only surviving son is his life. I feel so helpless in this situation.

Please any advice would be welcomed. Thanks ladies.
