Hi!

I have my noa-1 hardcopy, dated January 14. When I try to look it up on the site, I get the above message. I've called the number, and I get differing reasons as to why it's not visible, here are some examples: 1. you have to wait four weeks, 2. You have to wait at least 30 days, 3. Sometimes some cases aren't made public, 4. Vermont has had an ongoing problem with the online system. 5. Don't worry, it doesn't matter, you're in the real and secure system (and I believe it, because they read all of my information back to me).

Who else is this happening to? Or, how long does it finally take to get into the system? Does anyone know anything about this?

Thanks! This is just quite frustrating and I can't understand what the problem.

Hi,

We filed for AOS and our case is in Missouri (National Benefits Center).

Same thing as you: we received our receipt numbers a few weeks ago, but we cannot find the cases online at the CIS site. So I guess it is not just Vermont.
